Q. What payment methods do you accept?
A. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Google Checkout, Check, and Money Order. We also accept Purchase Orders from many schools, businesses, and government entities.
Q. Do you accept purchase orders?
A. Yes. For a purchase order, please fax the following information on your company's letterhead to 866.849.9884: PO #, shipping address, billing address, contact name, and authorization signature from your accounting department along with amount authorized and items you are purchasing. Terms Net 30.
Q. Do you charge a restocking fee on returned items?
A. Products returned for any reason other than being defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All items must be returned within 30 days.
Q. What is the estimated time of delivery?
A. Usually 7 to 10 business days. Most items ship within 2-4 days and then UPS Ground from there. Need your order faster? For an additional cost, you can upgrade shipping by calling us at 866.849.9884.
Q. Do you offer free shipping?
A. Yes, we offer free UPS Ground shipping on orders in the continental United States. Does not apply to Seville Lectern.
Q. Can I buy replacement parts for my older unit from you?

this page. Don't see the part you're looking for? Please contact the manufacturer, Anchor Audio Inc, at 1-800-262-4671. This also includes microphones. Be sure to have your serial number ready.
Q. If my older unit's battery needs to be replaced, do your recommend replacing it myself?
A. Replace batteries at your own risk. We strongly recommend having your battery replaced by the manufacturer. Anchor Pro Audio must perform or authorize all warranty services or warranty is void.
Q. How do I return a product that was bought from Anchor Audio Club?
A. Call for a return authorization number at 866-849-9884. If you bought your product from another Anchor Audio retailer, please contact that retailer or Anchor Audio Inc, the manufacturer, at 1-800-262-4671.
Q. I have an older unit and need to replace my microphone(s). Have your microphones changed since I bought my unit?
A. Anchor has used many different types of microphones in the past. Many older units used a VHF microphone. Newer units now have UHF microphones. If you need to replace a microphone, be sure to call the manufacturer with your serial number to get the correct microphone for your unit.
Q. Do you ship to foreign countries?
A. At this time we ship only in the US. We are able to ship most products to APO/FPO addresses.
