Return Policy
We will accept returns on defective merchandise. If by chance you receive defective merchandise, please call to receive a return authorization number. Products returned for any reason other than being defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee. All items must be returned within 30 days.
Please note: We are an authorized dealer of Anchor products, not the manufacturer. If you did not purchase your product from us, please contact Anchor Audio Inc. at 1-800-262-4671.
Warranties
All Anchor Audio products are warrantied for six (6) years from the date of purchase and are subject to the following conditions:
Anchor Pro Audio products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the period of SIX (6) YEARS from the date of original purchase unless listed below:
The following shall be warranted for a TWO (2) YEAR period:
- Batteries in the Beacon, Liberty, MegaVox Pro, Explorer Pro, and Ensign Pro.
- PortaCom and PortaCom Pro headsets and belt packs.
- Built-in CD players.
- Handheld microphones and belt pack transmitters.
And, all warranties are subject to the following conditions:
- The product must have been purchased from an authorized Anchor Pro Audio Dealer or representative.
- Anchor Pro Audio must perform or authorize all warranty services or warranty is void.
- This warranty does not cover any product that has been subject to negligence use, connection to improper power source, misuse, or operated beyond its specifications and limits.
- Warranty shall not apply to batteries (other than those listed above), exterior finish, AC power cords, bulbs, or any other failings due to normal wear.
- Warranty is void when equipment is subjected to adverse temperature, humidity, moisture, or any condition not considered normal environmental conditions.
- This warranty excludes all damages or defects caused by shipping, transporting, or incorrectly packing for shipment.
